I was doing my everyday task at work on the Cherry Picker machine I drive. I had just finished picking an order and started to come back down from a high shelf at the top of the isle I was in. All of a sudden my eyes felt like I had a dark haze over them and wiggly lines in each corner. I was not sure what was happening at first. I was getting scared so I asked God to help me, and about that time my co-worker Nick (who has the holy Ghost) asked me how I was doing. And he was unaware what was happening. I told Nick what was wrong with my eyes, and without hesitation he started praying for me. He said sweetly, "In Jesus name, heal him Lord!!" When we first heard of your accident immediately the Spirit fell with a strong feeling of prayer. I am sure the feeling hit many of the family to pray for you. I remember praying, "God, don't let him have a very serious injury, such as severed artery, or ligaments, or veins. I know I did not know what to pray, but the Spirit did. That is why I am so grateful for the Holy Ghost that Jesus made available to us all.   After reading your response to Margaret I began having a lot of thoughts about why this happened to you. The Spirit reminded me about the importance of prayer and a clean heart without condemnation. I hope your day was pleasant as well. I got to spend 10 hrs at work pretty much by myself. We are having our end of the year counting of our inventory. Normally they put you in pairs to get the counting done faster, but I was alone all day. I could talk to Jesus all day. If some other spirit tried to influence me, Jesus would repeat what Paul said, "One died so that all would die." So whatever there is around us we do not have to be afraid. We just fall in love with the influence of the Holy Ghost. That is what Jesus died for.  I look forward to what God will do and say next. I spoke in tongues all the way home from work. Now that is a good influence. If we follow the Spirit more we have a whole lot less time to follow anything foolish! Praise God!!! I remember having questions once, just like you. Always wondering what was the right way to follow God. I am 37 years old, and I have had the Holy Ghost since September 2001. Before Jesus touched me I lived pretty wildly. Always in trouble, and always thinking thoughts like, I wish I were not doing these wrong things. I had been in and out of Christianity since I was 19. I would always get tired of doing wrong and start thinking of God, during these times. Then I found myself going to church. Through many experiences such as being sprinkled in a catholic church, or repeating a prayer after a man who told me if I except Jesus in my heart then I was saved.
